This is a development role concentrating on the GUI development of all applications for Commodities trading at UBS. The current and planned applications support the Bank’s current businesses in
the Commodities markets and facilitate future growth into other markets. The Commodities IT team is recruiting an experienced developer to work in the implementation and subsequent enhancements to
the solution. The individual will work on the full development life cycle, including design, technical specification, programming, testing and deployment. The ideal candidate will have proven
application development experience in a financial services / banking technology environment. The candidate must have strong communication skills, extensive hands-on application software development
experience and a demonstrated track record of successful accomplishments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of the Commodities trading business including trade life cycle, credit and market risk management.
- Oracle, PL/SQL
- Unix/Linux & Windows
